Jalon is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 by the City of Montreal. Formerly known as L’Institut des transports électriques et intelligents, Jalon has since been supported by both the provincial and federal governments to carry out a wide range of activities that support manufacturers of various backgrounds working to expedite innovative processes into practice.
